How Does Shared Folder works? [Dropbox-Cloud Storage]

First of all, the Shared Folder is a service provided by Dropbox. It enables the users within the Shared Folder to share the same files at the same time. For example, in a Shared Folder, there are three owner, namely A, B, and C. Whenever, A puts file into the Shared Folder, B and C
will automatically get the files. Which also means, if either, B or C, puts files into the Shared Folder, the other two will get it too. It works the same for the deletion, whenever one of the user in the folder delete a file, all the copy in the other two member are deleted as well.

There are two way of setting up a Shared folder, either you are invited to a shared folder, or you create your own. Here's how when you are invited.

When you are invited, the Sharing tab will notify you.

Click the invitation to see who invited you to their folder.
In the second, picture, on the right corner, "New shared folder" button is available for you to share new shared folder with your friends and colleague.
